1. Kapsam ve veri sorumlusu

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ayşe Buşra Türkeş tarafından geliştirilen ve yayımlanan Within mobil uygulamasını kapsar. Gizlilikle ilgili sorular için bu sayfanın sonunda yer alan iletişim adresini kullanabilirsin.

2. Uygulamada işlenen bilgiler

Within’in mevcut sürümü kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz. Kullanıcının kendisi tarafından girilen regl başlangıç ve bitiş tarihleri, döngü tercihleri, uygulama ayarları ve dil tercihi gibi bilgiler yalnızca kullanıcının cihazında saklanır.

Bu bilgiler geliştiriciye ait bir sunucuya gönderilmez.

3. Bilgilerin kaynağı ve izinler

Bilgiler kullanıcı tarafından uygulamaya manuel olarak girilir. Mevcut sürüm Health Connect veya başka bir sağlık veri hizmetinden veri almaz; konum, kişiler, kamera ya da mikrofon verilerine erişmez.

4. Kullanım amaçları

Cihazda saklanan bilgiler; döngü tahminleri oluşturmak, takvim ve dönem görünümlerini göstermek, kullanıcının tercihlerini hatırlamak ve uygulama deneyimini sürdürebilmek amacıyla kullanılır.

5. Veri paylaşımı ve üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Within’in mevcut sürümünde kullanıcı verileri üçüncü taraflara satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya paylaşılmaz. Uygulamada reklam, kullanıcı takibi ya da analitik amacıyla çalışan üçüncü taraf SDK’ları bulunmaz.

6. Saklama ve güvenlik

Bilgiler yalnızca cihazın yerel depolama alanında tutulur. Bu nedenle verilerin güvenliği, cihazın işletim sistemi güvenliği, ekran kilidi ve yedekleme ayarlarıyla da ilişkilidir. Within, mevcut sürümde bu bilgileri internet üzerinden iletmez.

7. Veri silme

Kullanıcı, uygulama içindeki veri silme seçeneğini kullanarak kayıtlarını silebilir. Uygulamanın cihazdan kaldırılması da uygulamanın yerel verilerini siler. Kullanıcı hesabı bulunmadığı için ayrıca hesap silme işlemi gerekmez.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Within çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

9. Sağlık ve tıbbi sorumluluk

Within bir tıbbi cihaz değildir; tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya doğum kontrol yöntemi sunmaz. Uygulamada gösterilen tarihler ve tahminler yaklaşık niteliktedir. Sağlıkla ilgili kararlar için yetkili bir sağlık uzmanına danışılmalıdır.

10. Politika değişiklikleri

Uygulamanın özellikleri veya veri işleme yöntemleri değişirse bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm ve son güncelleme tarihi bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Within mobile application developed and published by Ayşe Buşra Türkeş. For privacy questions, use the contact address provided at the end of this page.

2. Information processed in the app

The current version of Within does not create user accounts. Information entered by the user, such as period start and end dates, cycle preferences, application settings and language preference, is stored only on the user’s device.

This information is not sent to a server operated by the developer.

3. Data source and permissions

Information is entered manually by the user. The current version does not obtain data from Health Connect or another health-data service and does not access location, contacts, camera or microphone data.

4. Purposes of use

On-device information is used to generate cycle estimates, display calendar and phase views, remember user preferences and maintain the app experience.

5. Data sharing and third-party services

In the current version of Within, user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. The app does not include third-party SDKs for advertising, user tracking or analytics.

6. Storage and security

Information is stored only in the device’s local storage. Its security is therefore also related to the device operating system, screen lock and backup settings. The current version of Within does not transmit this information over the internet.

7. Data deletion

Users can delete their records through the in-app data deletion option. Removing the application also deletes its local data. Because the app does not provide user accounts, no separate account-deletion process is required.

8. Children’s privacy

Within is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Health and medical disclaimer

Within is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or contraception. Dates and estimates shown in the app are approximate. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app’s features or data-processing practices change. The latest version and revision date will be published on this page.
